leaving Cantina Ferraris 367meters a.s.l., located in the Parco di Monti Mannu, follow along path 109 that leads to cascate del Linas, one of the most spectacular waterfalls in the Linas. You will enjoy a pleasant and lively walk through the dense holly oak woods alongside the rio Cannisoni river.

You will proceed along the path until you reach the stream, wade through it to the left and then to the right. You will find narrow passageways at times as well as crags to facilitate your hike. There are many Mediterranean strawberry trees (some are quite large) and types of holly to be observed. Once you have passed a very large rock, you will reach the Muru Mannu waterfall at 508 metres a.s.l., surrounded by tall rocky walls: its imposing 72 metres is awe-inspiring. After that, you will follow along a path that is a bit difficult until you reach another waterfall nearby that is called Sa Spendula de Linas.
