San Giuseppe Church

Bell tower of the church

The construction of this church, dedicated to the craftsman San Giuseppe, patron of the carpenters, came was the will of a Spanish squire, called Lucifero Piras, who had it built in 1744 on his private territory.

As stated in the founder’s last will and testament, the chapel was passed down through generations and generations on the condition that it was to be opened for worship the occasion of the Saint’s Holy day, a promise that is still honored every year.
